Hi my name is Melanie and I'm here to tell everyone about a condominium my husband and I rebuilt for someone who could really use all the features we've put into it. We've been having a really hard time getting this out to the community that really needs it and I'm so glad I stumbled on to this forum.

My husband and I are both able bodied but we have friends and relatives that have mobility challenges and thought there was a real need for a home that anyone could enjoy. A quick synopsis about the condo: It's 1,700 + ground level with a private driveway large enough for 2 cars or an assessable van. The thresh-hold on the front door is recessed for ease of access and the front door is unlock-able from a remote key fob. The entire home is solid flooring, no thresh-holds, 32"-36" doorways and 5' hallways. All the sinks are roll-under as is the cook top, ADA compliant toilets, a custom 6'x6' roll-in shower, roll-in pantry and the home has 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. We used a manual wheelchair to set the outlets and switches at more comfortable heights and all the lighting can also be operated remotely. The condominium complex has extremely low HOA dues $150/month which includes weekly yard maintenance, garbage / recycling service and a seasonal outdoor pool. The complex has a bus stop in front and is only 1/2 mile away from a Rite Aid, Safeway, Shari's and several other food and entertainment establishments.

I could go on and on but that would be too much to read, if you or someone you know is interested in a place like this we really want it to go to someone who needs it! Please call Ryan at 503.997.2298 or let your Realtor know you'd like to see mls#9056340 - to see photos please visit: www.murraycrest.com

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for your help in passing this information on to anyone you think might want to know.

Wow, beautiful place. Nice work. I wish I could afford something that big and beautiful.
