The ODC is working with several associations to establish the National Chamber's mission with a focus of 10 objectives.

We would like to hear from you - what is important to address/support as a national chamber for persons with disabilities.

I think having a National Bill Of Rights for the members is important. It should cover basic rights for all members of the National and their state chamber.

It would be nice to have some uniformity within the National Chamber as far as each member state chamber.

1. Organize and connect a network of Disabled Business Persons to formulate and advocate a national agenda.

2. Promote the resources, talents and assets of the Disabled Business community.

3. Educate those seeking advice and assistance in business, health, bureaucracy, technology and community.

4. Promote the power of community.

5. Foster leaders and leadership within and outside the community.

6. Promote advancement in the fields of technology, medicine, business, etc by providing scholarships and grants to the disabled for education and business

7. Promote volunteerism within the community and across other communities and groups.

8. Promote the education and use of technology in business and everyday life
